A Year of Free Comics: Explore the world of SACRIMONY

Comic News

In the webcomic Sacrimony: A Tale of Love, Life and Death – In No Particular Order, with a story and art by M. Sorcier, readers follow the story of six main characters as they attempt to navigate the circumstances in which they have found themselves.

The story begins with a mother and daughter who are stranded in the wilderness, at a locale known as the Peak of the World… but as we quickly discover, the child, Khajad Laohua, possesses both demonic wings and magical abilities, both of which her mother, Yunika Laohua, instructs her to keep hidden.

However, that’s only the beginning of the story. The comic has been running since October 2016, so you have plenty of material to dig into… as in literally hundreds of pages of comics!

The story is set in a world that is very far removed from our own… and we’re talking “has its own calendar” far removed, here! As you can see on the Sacrimony Encyclopedia page, the world-building for the setting even includes a calendar with months like “The Jester” and “The Maiden.”

In order to learn more details about all of the characters featured in Sacrimony, you can check out this helpful “cast” page, which provides statistics and details about all of the faces you’ll see in the webcomic.

And if you’re enjoying Sacrimony, you might consider donating to Sorcier’s Patreon page to directly support the comic. Alternatively, you can consider donating to Sorcier’s Ko-fi page!
