Alongside providing the Outlaws with its range of drink powder, Boomer Naturals has also launched a discount code for fans of the franchise to use.

Lori Burgess, Chief Operating Officer for the Houston Outlaws, commented on the deal in a release: “We are excited to be furthering our commitment to health and wellness for our players this season in an effort to give the Outlaws a competitive advantage.

“Our strategy extends into the foods, supplements, exercise, sleep, eyewear, and sports psychology training that we are providing to optimise performance. We want to ensure our team is healthy and immune to losing!”

Boomer Naturals joins the likes of RESPAWN, H.E.B, and Zenni as partners of the Overwatch League franchise.

The announcement of this particular collaboration coincides with the start of the Overwatch League’s fourth season, which gets underway on April 16th. Franchises will battle it out across two divisions in a bid to take home the lion’s share of $4.25m (~£3.01m) in prize money that will be split between tournaments and the season-ending playoffs.

Esports Insider says: Any kind of partnership that is promoting health and wellbeing is certainly a positive. By securing a deal with the Outlaws, a recognisable brand in the OWL, Boomer Naturals has found an impressive first partner as it enters into what has become a competitive area within the esports space.
