MoCCA Festival goes virtual next week with Comic and Cartoon Art Week

The Mocca Comic Arts Festival is going virtual next week with six days of virtual events, including Adrian Tomine and the Hernandez Brothers in conversation. Shawn Martinbrough, Derf and Meghan Parker are among the other participants.

As we previously noted, MoCCA, held annualy in New York City in the spring, is one of hundreds of shows that are going online only for the second year in a row due to ongoing COVID-19 concerns.  The evnt is organizaed by The Society of Illustrators and is one of the premiere shows for indie comics in the US.

All session are free to attend and will be streamed on Zoom. You can register at the first link. All times are ET.

As previously reported, MoCCA hopes to return next year at a new location, the Metropolitan Pavillion.
